After his apprenticeship at the Erika Hotel in Tirolo/South Tyrol, Michael Prantl was able to enhance and refine his creative culinary art in renowned hotels and restaurants, such as the Palace Hotel in Merano, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant in Merano, and the Lakeside restaurant on the shore of Wörthersee lake.

Since 2019, he has delighted guests with his culinary creations as chef de cuisine at the Turmwies Hotel. The small difference, the last step between good food and culinary excellence, is down to the skill of Michael Prantl.

His know-how, experience and creativity make a fine dish into one that is truly mouth-watering and delicious.
