• Südtirol Guest Pass is an advantage card, which includes the use of all public means of transportation belonging to the South Tyrol Integrated Transport Network
• Shower/WC, LCD satellite TV, radio, phone, safe and hairdryer in all rooms
• Free Wi-Fi in the rooms and outdoor areas
• Pool bag and towels for the swimming pool and sauna
• Solar-heated outdoor pool and whirlpool 
• Small SPA area (on request): Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath and tonifying shower
• Breakfast daily from 07:45 - 09:30 a.m., also served on the patio in summer
• Dinner from monday to saturday at 7:00 p.m. with a  4-course-gourmet menu, also served on the patio in summer
• Daily fresh apples at the reception
• Locked bike room
• Partially covered, illuminated parking space

General information

• Check-in: from 1:00 p.m. (please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m.)
• Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
• Afternoon snack and bar service: In the afternoon (from 2:00 p.m. onwards), we are happy to serve you, upon request, ice cream, homemade strudel and cakes, coffee, or a refreshing aperitif.
  Our bar service is open from Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (On Sunday till 5 p.m.) – However, if things get a bit quiet and no one feels like a final drink, we might treat ourselves to an early closing
• Dinner: For any evening meals you do not consume, we will deduct € 20,00. No evening meals are served on Sundays (only exception Easter-Sunday).
• Opening hours swimming pool: Our outdoor pool and hot tub are open daily from 07:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• For stays of less than 3 days, we add a 10% surcharge
• Double room with single occupant: 30% surcharge, only in the mid-seasons
• Reduction for children sleeping in their parents’ bedroom: free up to 3 years of age with breakfest, -50% from 4-8 years, -20% from 9-12 years, -10% for third person
• Children: Guests should be able to recharge and relax at Turmwies. Therefore, we kindly ask families with kids to support our concept, allowing for a relaxed coexistence of both young and old. During breakfast and dinner, children should not run around between the tables. Jumping into the pool and Whirlpool is not allowed. Turmwies does not offer entertainment programs for children or playgrounds - instead, there are plenty of adventures to be had in nature and the surrounding area
• Pets & dogs: We have decided to conduct the Hotel Turmwies dog- and pet-free. The reason for this is  that animals in the hotel are not only a known problem for allergy sufferers, but also a hygienic problem with corresponding extra work for our  cleaning staff. By observing the ban on pets & dogs, we can counteract this problem
• EU-regulations apply for booking cancellations. Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
• If you leave earlier or arrive later than booked, we will still charge you for the full three days. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (www.reiseversicherung.de)
• Only written reservations are binding
• Payments: We accept payments in cash, EC card or credit card. For stays of less than 3 days, we request payment in cash
• If you plan to arrive by train or plane, you can find details on a reasonably priced pick-up service at the tourist office in Tirolo (Tel. +39 0473 923 314)
• Charging station for electric car
• On request, we will be pleased to provide you with the following extra services:
  • Bathrobe € 10,00
• The sojourn tax of € 2,90 per person/day is not included in the price

• Cleaning-free Thursday: Our dear Ala has her well-deserved day off on Thursdays – so rooms will not be cleaned on that day

• Room request: We are unable to confirm specific room numbers or floors, and we ask for your understanding in this matter. However, we always do our best to accommodate your preferences
